Wilderness Health ACO hospitals and clinics support groups located in Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Pine and St. Louis counties in northeast Minnesota.

PreferredOne is not available to small employers located in Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha and Winona counties.
SuperTier
All groups within the 10-country metro in 2020, 11-county in 2021:
Groups in Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright (2021) counties elect either the Complete or Horizon statewide network and get the bonus of SuperTier benefits when service is obtained from a provider in PreferredOne’s Connect Network.
