Employer Online Access to Health Plan Information

If you are an employer with PreferredOne Administrative Services (PAS), PreferredOne Insurance Company (PIC) or PreferredOne Community Health Plan (PCHP) coverage, you should have received website registration, password and login information. If you did not receive this information, please contact your PreferredOne Account Service Representative. The PreferredOne employer website is a secure portal to your group’s reports, eligibility, Certificate of Coverage, summary plan descriptions, SBCs, forms, enrollment materials and more.

Online access to account information for employer groups with PreferredOne PPO network coverage is not available.
