Is there a cost?

Check your ID card for the PreferredOne logo. For PreferredOne Insurance Company members your EAP is included at no cost. PreferredOne Administrative Services members should check with their employer or call PreferredOne Customer Services to see if they are eligible.

  • Counseling in person and over the phone to support you and your family. Master's and doctorate level professionals help you with personal and work-related challenges.
  • Financial counselors can help with:

    • - Legal consultation with affiliate attorneys
  • For general legal questions, your initail consultation can often give you the answers you need to resolve your isssue. Services provided as part of your initial consultation can include:
    • - Simple disput resolution
    • - Short document review
    • - Simple wills
