For an annual fee (billed separately from your PreferredOne plan) you have access to discounts on dental, eye care and eye wear through a national network of providers.

Using Careington dental discount plan, members enjoy value and savings on most dental procedures, including routine and preventive dental care, and major dental work through a network of participating dentists.

The discount vision program offers savings on eye care and eye wear through VSP and EYEMED.
