Prior Authorization

Certain medications require that the physician or pharmacist contact ClearScript to approve the coverage before it is dispensed. Many of these medications are high cost or have certain requirements. It is best to talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you need a drug that requires a prior authorization.

Partial Fill Program
