Wilderness Health Network

Wilderness Health ACO features Fairview Range, St. Luke’s and Grand Itasca hospitals. It’s a regional accountable care network that serves communities in Northern Minnesota. The network includes 10 hospitals and 35 clinics in seven counties: Cook, Lake, St. Louis, Koochiching, Itasca, Carlton and Pine counties. The network is available to large and small groups beginning January 1, 2018.
