Dan Stewart joins PreferredOne as Sales VP

Minneapolis, Minn. October 20, 2017— PreferredOne announced that Dan Stewart, former Healthstat executive, will join the company as vice president of sales.

“Dan is a high caliber addition to our team. He joins us with many years of experience in the Twin Cities and national health insurance markets,” said Paul Geiwitz senior vice president and chief commercial officer at PreferredOne. “With previous leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson, Humana and HealthPartners, Dan brings a combination of consulting firm, national health plan and local integrated health system experience. He is perfectly positioned to drive new commercial sales at PreferredOne. Dan is a great asset to our company and we’re pleased to welcome him aboard.”

Stewart, who reports to Geiwitz, replaces Mike Thielen who officially retired in September after a long sales tenure at PreferredOne.
