Supplemental Accident Only Contract

One way to lower your health insurance premium is choose a higher deductible.

For an additional layer of financial protection, consider adding PreferredOne’s Supplemental Accident Only Contract to your individual medical plan.

The plan offers accident benefit amounts of: $2,500 or $5,000. In the event of an accident, the accident benefit less the $250 deductible is paid directly to you to help cover your medical out-of-pocket expenses related to an accidental injury.

The Accident Contract is only available as a supplement to your PreferredOne individual health contract during open enrollment. Get a quote.
