Get in shape and save money too!

Work out the programs minimum number of days per calendar month in order to receive a credit toward membership dues. Earn up to twice that if one covered dependent (must be 18 years or older) also signs up and works out the programs minimum per calendar month. See How to sign up flyer for details.

Available at participating fitness facilities where you have a membership.

Eligible members who belong to these participating fitness facilities are eligible to receive Fitness Advantage. A complete list of fitness facilities is available here.

Are You Eligible?

Type in your PreferredOne Member ID# to see if you are eligible for Fitness Advantage. Your 11-digit PreferredOne Member ID# is located on your PreferredOne Member Card.

Note: Eligible members are defined as having a PreferredOne Insurance Company or PreferredOne Community Health Plan member ID card. If you have a PreferredOne Administrative Services member ID card, eligibility and program details may vary. Short Term Medical plan members are not eligible for Fitness Advantage.
