Forgot your member ID card? Go online and access your card. You can even print a temporary card or order a replacement ID card.

DEDUCTIBLE AND OUT-OF-POCKET BALANCES

Want to know if you have met your deductible or the balance remaining? Same goes for reaching your out-of-pocket maximums. Now you can go online and keep track of your PreferredOne claims for you and your covered dependents. Our handy barometer gives you a quick visual check on where you stand on:

  • Individual and Family Deductibles by member (in-network and out-of-network)
  • Out-of-Pocket Expenses by member (in-network, out-of-network, and combined)

For those with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) administered by PreferredOne, you can view your HRA balance summary and paid amount by member including, carryover amount, employer contribution, paid amount and remaining balance.

Locate the nearest in-network urgent care, clinic, doctor, or hospital. The search function will locate the closest PreferredOne in-network providers. Address, phone numbers and maps are available.
