PreferredOne Benefits & Tools

As a PreferredOne member, you will receive a Member ID card to be used anytime you see a provider or pick up a prescription. When you register for My Account, you can take full advantage of other services included in your health insurance plan.

Registered members can view claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) information, and check deductible balances online. You can also access your account on-the-go with our PreferredOne Mobile site.

It takes just a few minutes to register; you’ll need your Member ID card to get started.
